My new to me, 4 month old cell phone is slower with their service than my old Samsung Galaxy 2. Complaints filed will neved provide better service. DO NOT consider switching . Interesting in that manufacturers of phones partnering with carriers makes them both look bad. Fortune 100 companies are the worst in customer service.. what an oxy-moron. But you probably already know that. Thanks USA company.
