Not only were Jeremiah and James both professional and personable, they were knowledgeable and directed positive energy to fix our plumbing issues. They went over and above to clear our drain via the clean out, also discovering a second access point (previously undiscovered) which they cleared the stoppage. Jeremiah also crawled under our house in order to explore the orgin of our continuing issues. They were exceptionally helpful in sharing their expertise, professional opinion, and explaining problems/solutions to our unique plumbing situation. Fees were fair, as quoted, and not as painful as most other plumbing companies. Unquestionably, our plumber loyalty is to Straight Flush.
