  If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is the worst I have been to in general. Management rude and doesn't want to be helpful. I agree with every person that says they have to wait in line forever. I was in a few weeks ago and the second cashier is sitting there chatting with a customer. Not ringing him up literally just taking while the other employee is dealing with at least 5 people in line. I almost stopped coming here last Christmas because of poor service and lack of knowledge. It would be nice if their district manager would read these reviews and correct the issues. I guess I will be buying all my games off my console directly or I will go to amazon. Don't waste your time here!
