When my husband and I went two times there this week looking for a carpet for the master bedroom, I felt like I was infringing on their time, especially the lady who works there. I was handed off to two others who seemed to be her subordinates and had to start all over again with describing my room both visits there. I had to ask her 3 times if she was in a hurry....
