Despite four visits, the washer repair men seem unable to diagnose, and fix additional issues with the new washer. The latest repair guy lied to me, saying, the washer "Is fixed now," when it clearly does not work. I would never hire these men. Sears is wasting its money, and my time with Coastal Appliance Repair.

She told me they would be coming to my house in the afternoon then they call me at 7:30 in the morning saying I'll be at your house in an hour!? What kind of notice is that?? Then she wants to argue with me saying they had told me it was in the morning .... People have lives and can't wait around for some sub standard tech to come out just so they can tell me something else is wrong!! Save your money and time and go somewhere else!!!
